Description

Fun with Engineering (Ages 5.5 - 6.5) βš™οΈπŸš€

When: Once a week for 60 minutes

What we learn:
This course is designed for young builders with prior LEGO experience, taking their creativity and problem-solving skills to the next level! πŸ—οΈ Using standard-sized LEGO bricks, children will construct models with moving parts while exploring some of the greatest technological achievements in history. They’ll learn about different modes of transport, spacecraft, and impressive structures, discovering the engineering behind them.

A look into the class:
Each lesson begins with a teacher-led presentation that brings engineering concepts to life. For example, in a Cement Mixer class, students will learn how it works, its history, and the key components that allow it to move. Then, using an iPad for step-by-step guidance, they will work independently to build their own functional model. Throughout the class, the teacher provides support, answers questions, and encourages discussion, making learning both fun and interactive! πŸ”§πŸ”

What we achieve:
This course introduces fundamental engineering principles that children will start applying to their own creations. They will enhance their problem-solving skills, independence, and creativity while strengthening their communication by discussing building steps with their peers. Most importantly, they’ll gain confidence in their ability to design and build complex models—one LEGO brick at a time! 🌟

Fun with Engineering (Âges 5,5 - 6,5 ans) βš™οΈπŸš€

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our courses consist of two semesters: Level 1 and Level 2, which take place within one year and include a total of 37 classes. Typically, students complete a year of lessons before moving on to a more advanced course. However, in some cases, if their teacher believes they are ready, they can advance earlier.
